One of our goals at Charming Smiles of Ocoee is to provide the highest standard of dental care possible. However, the cost of health and dental care continues to increase each year. To encourage good dental health and make our services as accessible as possible, we are proud to offer our in-house Dental Savings Plan.

Our savings program is available to uninsured patients or those who find our plan costs less than their current dental insurance plan. We always strive to give you the best service possible without impacting your family's budget. Our dental program provides a wide scope of benefits at affordable prices to minimize dental care costs and give your family access to quality care.

* Families with children up to 21 years of age may participate in the Family Plan. The adult child must be enrolled as a full-time student. Otherwise, the maximum age for the Children’s Program is 18.

Provisions of the Program:

Yearly enrollment fees are non-refundable.
The initial fee is nonrefundable.
Enrollment fees are due at the first appointment for the year. No exceptions.
The two exams and cleanings must occur within the year of enrollment and cannot be rolled over to the next year.
By enrolling, the patient accepts responsibility for making and keeping his/her own appointments.

There is a $50.00 fee for broken appointments without 24hour notice.
Our program is not transferable to other patients.
Participation cannot be combined with any other offer.
This program applies to patients who are eligible for regular cleanings. Please inquire about the separate program for patients with periodontal/gum disease.

This is not dental insurance. Enrolling in the Charming Smiles of Ocoee Dental Savings Plan gives you the opportunity to obtain your dental treatment at a reduced fee. Our in-house offer cannot be combined with dental insurance.

What the Dental Savings Plan Includes:

2 prophy cleanings per year (*in absence of periodontal disease) - Included

After the first two cleanings, any additional cleanings in a year are 25% off (*in absence of periodontal disease)
2 fluoride treatments per year - Included

* Benefits covered are effective for participants who remain enrolled in their plan until the completion of treatment. If enrollment expires prior to completion of treatment, no coverage will be available.

Exclusions and Limitations

Our Dental Savings Plan is not an insurance plan. It has been designed to provide a way for our patients to obtain the dental care they need at the most affordable rate.

This plan is a stand-alone coverage not to be combined with insurance benefits.
This plan cannot be used in a workman's compensation treatment plan.
This plan is for use in treatments that lie within our realm of the treating dentist expertise.
This plan cannot be used for treatment with another dentist or specialist to whom a referral was made by Charming Smiles of Ocoee.

This plan is NON-Transferable (i.e. family members).
This plan is NON-Refundable. No refunds will be granted if a patient chooses not to use their dental plan.
For orthodontic treatment, the participant must remain a plan participant the entire duration of orthodontic treatment.
Rates are subject to change annually.
Payments for services are due at the time of service.

There is no ID card, no group, or member number to bring! All your membership information will be kept in your electronic record. Your effective date is the day you sign up and your renewal date is the same date every year.
