Yes. Cherry does not charge any prepayment penalties. If your plan has interest and you pay off early, you will avoid some of that interest.
No. If you are eligible for a 0% APR offer, it does not expire for the current approval. For example, if you were approved for a 6 month term with 0% APR, that promotion is valid until the end of the term, as long as you stay current with your payments.
Once you enter your purchase price, Cherry will show your down payment options. Your down payment is due when our office confirms the funds are needed to move forward with treatment. Please bring a bank-issued debit or credit card when you are ready for checkout. Pre-paid debit cards or credit cards may carry a 2.99% processing fee. There is no processing fee for traditional debit cards.
Please contact Charming Smiles of Ocoee directly to request a refund. Cherry defers to our refund policies and cannot initiate a refund without our approval. Once we authorize the refund, Cherry will deposit the refunded amount into your account, and your loan status and balance will be adjusted accordingly. If a refund is issued in full, any payments made on your loan will be returned to you.

Yes. Cherry is required to report all payment history to the credit bureaus. This means late payments, missed payments, or other delinquencies on your account may also be reported.
